We want you to love your skates, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your skates are tested on carpeted surfaces to maintain their brand-new condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Skates

  Place the rollerskates and any accessories back into their original Impala branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
